Wando Sunset

We are already loving so many things about our new place only two weeks into living here.  A couple of nights ago we were finishing dinner and had the blinds open in our living room.  We looked outside to see an absolutely sunning hot pink sunset sky.  I grabbed my camera and ran out to our porch to get a couple of shots.  They don't quite do it justice, but they sure are pretty.  Every sunset in the lowcountry is different, and this one sure did not disappoint!  Can't wait to see what other great things living at this new and more comfortable apartment will bring us.

They may not know it, but the fact that this family let me take their pictures means the world to me.  They are the epitome of strength and I'm honored to have been able to take these pictures.  "K" family, you guys are really awesome people.  Thank you so much for allowing me to follow your precious little man around the park for a day.  It was SO much fun!
